Comprehensive coordination of the project from the ground up: the 12-hectare infrastructure, the entrance gate, and a 300-square-meter clubhouse with a column-free terrace, a 9-meter pergola, and an infinity pool overlooking the river.

Victory Yachts

Comprehensive interior design of a yacht for Victory Yachts, in Brazil: from the hull survey to the design of each space, meticulously planned for life on board.

Pirakutu House
Waterfront Residence

Pirakutu House

A 250-square-meter family retreat on the banks of the Paraná River: four suites and a living-dining-barbecue area that opens completely onto the water. To build it, land was reclaimed from the river using a stone wall and a lightweight metal structure.

I led the design and management of large-scale high-rise residential projects, helping to set the premium standard in Asunción. This phase was developed in collaboration with the firm Gustafson y Asociados.
